For old RingConn users: You can keep your old device as a memento—it will be automatically deactivated 60 days after your purchase. Returning it is optional, but if you choose to send it back, you can ship it to one of the return addresses listed below.

For users trading in other devices: You must return your old device within 30 days of receiving your new RingConn device. Failure to do so may result in deactivation of your new device or a charge for the full trade-in value credited to your purchase.
